A restorative loc care service designed to thoroughly cleanse, replenish, and refresh the hair and scalp. This service includes a deep loc detox to remove buildup and impurities, followed by a customized moisture treatment tailored to the client’s individual loc and scalp needs. A steam treatment is incorporated to help infuse moisture and support softness and manageability throughout the locs. The service is completed with a careful retwist and two-strand twist style, leaving the locs refreshed, nourished, neat, and beautifully styled. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: Appointment Booking: Clients are required to schedule appointments in advance to secure their desired date and time slot. Arrival Time: Clients must arrive promptly for their appointments. A grace period of 10 minutes will be allowed. Beyond this grace period, the appointment may be forfeited or shortened, depending on stylist availability. Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. Late Fee: Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late for their appointments may be subject to a late fee of 25% of the service cost. Confirmation: Clients will receive a confirmation call or text message prior to their appointment date. It is the client's responsibility to confirm their appointment to avoid any misunderstandings.
